Lovely conditions for a sea swim, so with my ankle strapped up I joined the INTRtri club for a swim off Aberystwyth Seafront.

Out to the buoy and back to start with - That buoy was further away than it looked, and then some messing around in closer to shore.

Ankle held up OK and it was all followed by coffee and cake on the prom and watching Anna play in the silver band in the bandstand.
